Artificial Grass in Newton Mearns

We were approached by our client in Newton Mearns with a request to transform their hillside garden into a luxurious space which could be enjoyed year-round.

The downward incline of their back garden commonly lead to a variety of weather-related issues, namely the waterlogging of the entire area which could last for weeks at a time due to the unpredictable and frequently rainfall in Newton Mearns. This also resulted in our client being left with a high level of maintenance and upkeep to mitigate these circumstances in an effort to ensure their garden looked just as impressive as their property and those surrounding it. Despite these troubles, they still wanted to retain some green in their garden and tasked us with the challenge of resolving their problem.

Garden Makeovers presented an eloquent solution: a seamless blend of high quality timber, imposing slate grey slabs and artificial grass to create a garden which maximised the space available while looking incredibly luxurious. We used our experience in artificial grass installation to landscape the area to an optimal level which ensured the surface was flat to naked eye with the slightest of downward declines to allow appropriate drainage. Our client desired that ‘freshly cut’ look, so our designers carefully picked out the perfect type of artificial grass with shortened strands and a vibrant shade of green to make the foot of their garden standout as a prominent feature; not an afterthought.
